Coaching Services: Our
lives and work places are
never free of tension and conflict. A certain amount of each is
normal and actually desirable. However, when the tension and/or
conflict rises above that desired level productivity and satisfaction is diminished by
distraction and / or avoidance (absenteeism). Even if the situation results
from only two persons
who are not able to interact or work together cooperatively, the entire
organization or family is affected.
We can work with you or we can work with the parties
who are engaging in the conflict to assist them to deal with the
situation. There are communication skills that allow parties to
engage in conflict in a productive manner; there are skills to deal
with conflict in a collaborative manner; there are ways to behave when
in conflict that are more likely to result in satisfactory resolution.

Formalized conflict resolution, complaint and grievance processes or
programs are effective ways to deal with certain types of dissent.
It is best to resolve these employee issues within the company
whenever possible. It is more satisfying for your employees and
more cost effective for the company.
